At NEC EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your NEC EU account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and include your printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
